The job was simple: Willowfall, a small village in the Barrengard is supposed to send a report once a month to Greyport. Well, it has been 3 months and no report. This is where you come in. Travel to Willowfall and find out why they've gone silent.
Easy money. The road is only 20 miles twixt Greyport and Willowfall, it's through the Barrengard which is ... barren ... and it looks like it won't rain. With luck you'll be back by tomorrow.
This is a classic investigation adventure. When a dead body shows up without its face, the Necromancer of the University asks for your help. It isn't wise to have psychopaths running around removing faces.
The only trail you have is the mans boots, the stink of sewage, and a nagging feeling that the face is more important than you think...

Then, on a chill winters morning a raven arrives, carrying news! The great city of Duskbloom has been attacked by a large army. Worse still, scouts from that army are heading towards the Great Grey Wood!
Only you and your fellow heroes can save the village and drive back this unknown threat...
